iptvsubscription.top respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright laws. This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint, how we handle it, and how to file a counter-notice.
Report a copyright concern
Our technical support team reviews every notice and responds, typically within 48 hours.
Our role
iptvsubscription.top provides access to third-party media streams and software players. We do not host, store, upload, or control the content delivered through these streams on our own servers. Where we are notified of a valid copyright concern relating to content accessible through our service, we will act promptly to disable or remove access to the identified material and, where relevant, forward the notice to the responsible upstream provider.
How to file a DMCA takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the channel name, stream title, or a description of the content).
- Your contact information โ full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send your notice
Send your complete notice to our designated contact. Providing full details helps us verify and act on your request quickly:
- Email: [email protected]
- General support: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: message our team
What happens after you contact us
When we receive a notice, our technical support team will review and verify it. If the notice is valid, we will disable or remove access to the identified material as soon as reasonably possible and take any further action we consider appropriate, which may include notifying the affected upstream provider. We may contact you for clarification if any required information is missing. We aim to acknowledge every notice within 48 hours.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact above, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will suspend or terminate access for users, partners, or accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers.
Good-faith notice
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notice.
